[L16-usa] Tiller assembly

Friends, 

I bought a "fixer-upper" and ASSUMED that the tiller was in the bottom of the 
boat, but it was not.   I should not have trouble reproducing the tiller, but 
the tiller assembly pieces that attach the tiller to the rudder post will be 
a different story.   Does anyone have those pieces from an abandoned boat?   
Any suggestions on where to get these pieces?
