Hi Sturgis!  Hope your holidays and New Year's were grand.  I added another 
pretty girl to my family (my daughter being the first and my Luders the second) 
by getting remarried on New Year's Eve in Hawaii.

You were going to copy me on your mailing of Luders for sale and I don't 
believe I ever saw it.  If you can, I'd really appreciate getting a copy.  I'd 
just like to stay abreast of the market.  don't worry...I won't steal a boat from 
your fleet!
