[L16-usa] spinnaker pole ring height

On my Luders, someone at one time mounted a track for the spinnaker pole
eye/ring.  It's not a great track, and I can't locate the ring car anyway,
so I'd like to replace this with a fixed ring location.

For anyone with a fixed ring location, could you let me know the distance
from the deck to the ring?  I have an original wooden mast.
