Hello,

Attached is information regarding the 2003 L-16 International
Championship Regatta. It was originally to be hosted by the Pass
Christian YC, but will now be in New Orleans, hosted by the Southern
Yacht Club.

Gentlemen:

We have a regatta scheduled for March 26-28, 2004. I have attached the
notice of regatta and entry application. I am expecting that all
available boats will be sailed. I have commitments as follows:

SYC    2 teams
PCYC   2 teams
CYC    2 teams
CA     1 team
Maine  1 or 2 teams
RBYC   0
Indian Harbor \226 not committed yet

We are looking forward to an excellent regatta as the weather is perfect
in New Orleans late in March.  John Lee has offered the use of his home
for the party Saturday night and I have secured our senior race officer,
Stewart \223Tootie\224 Barnett as Principal Race Officer for this event.
Please forward your entry forms as promptly as possible so that we can
make arrangements orderly.
